The Kensington Hotel
Astimo provided Quantity Surveying Services for the refurbishment of this 4 Star Deluxe Hotel in Central London.
The works comprised of repairs and redecoration of the external fabric, asbestos removal, underground drainage alterations, installation of passenger lifts, major structural alterations and the full refurbishment of 150 bedrooms, restaurant, bar, reception, gym and ‘back of house’ areas.
The hotel was reopened in a phased manner to minimize disruption to hotels business.
