Astimo carried out Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for the complete refurbishment and renovation of this Grade II Listed building in Richmond.
Rose Uniacke (https://www.roseuniacke.com) produced a design that was sympathetic to the buildings Grade II Listing status as well as providing a warm, sophisticated and homely environment.
The works included basement waterproofing and the complete replacement of the roof.
